  Not happy. I have always been a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer. Over course of past 2 months, there is different staff and they are woefully incompetent. Four times (yes 4 times) over past few weeks, I’ve been stymied for 15 minutes with a coffee and bagel order. When it gets to the point that you have to beg a business to take your money, that is a problem. I write this in DD parking lot after waiting again 15 minutes and finally given an ice cold, toasted bagel. RIP DD. (Well, at least this location).
